The Personal Stories of Five Development Practitioners & What They Say About Change
The study presented in this paper is a collection of five interviews from development practitioners that closely examines and interprets their personal stories as well as what they say about how change takes place in their field. The study reviews development theory and briefly introduces the Integral Model in development.
The findings of this study illustrate that integrating personal and collective interiority in development initiatives are essential elements in affecting sustainable change.
