Abstract

This paper will examine the literature surrounding the benefits and drawbacks of the virtual classroom model in comparison to the traditional classroom model, and then proceed to review and evaluate the case of one hybrid model, which blends traditional and online course delivery methods. In particular, the case study will examine the design and implementation of a series of hybrid delivery courses at the School for International Training, the Organizational Management Intensive Residence and Online Courses.
