How can I read Capstones online?

The full-text of Capstones is only available to World Learning or SIT affiliated patrons. In order to read the full-text of Capstones, you must create an individual account within SIT Digital Collections (NOTE: YOU MUST USE YOUR SIT or WORLD LEARNING EMAIL ADDRESS TO BE APPROVED). A confirmation email will be sent to that account, which you must access in order to fully activate your account. Once you have done this, when you click on the "Download" button on the Capstone you wish to read, you will be asked to log in to your account. Are all Capstones available full-text online?

No, due to copyright restrictions some papers are not available full-text electronically. World Learning affiliated students and staff can check these papers out of the library or, if you are off-campus, request them via interlibrary loan.

Are SIT Study Abroad ISPs available full-text online?

The three best ISPs from each Study Abroad program from 2004-Present that students have given the library permission to share electronically are available in SIT Digital Collections .

How long does it take after the semester ends for ISPs to be added to SIT Digital Collections?

It typically takes about 3 months from the end of a semester to make the ISPs appear live in SIT Digital Collections. This provides time for the AD to hand in the ISPs and their accompanying paperwork and for the library to upload the papers.

I gave copyright permission to share my paper on SIT Digital Collections and now I've changed my mind. How do I have it removed from the site?

If you would like your paper removed from the site please send an email to noting your full name and the collection that your paper is in.

Can I revise a paper that I submitted to be included SIT Digital Collections?

Revisions can be made to papers with the permission of the Faculty Advisor (for Capstones and IPPs) or the Academic Director (for ISPs). If you have trouble contacting your Faculty Advisor or Academic Director we can help you to do so.
