The intent of this training is to allow the participants to make a personal connection with the outdoors while building awareness on its implication as a training environment. It is designed to guide the participants through a micro to macro experience of the Experiential Learning Cycle by utilizing reflections, various outdoor activities, and theoretical application. The participants will hopefully take away a greater understanding and comfortability with the outdoors as a training tool.
