Abstract
Successful Repatriation: What's a Company To Do? is an investigation into corporate repatriation. The purpose of this research thesis is to shed more knowledge on the phenomenon of repatriation by synthesizing existing literature, both research and theory, and interpreting its significance in light of the finds from the primary research I conducted. I believe Successful Repatriation: What's a Company To Do? will contribute to the existing general body of repatriation literature and foster a greater understanding of the repatriation dilemma.
