Abstract
This reference manual will try to inform small business owners how to conduct and employment interview without discriminating.
In the supporting document, I will try to help my reader's focus on the ideas behind the production of the thesis product. I will try to support the reason for including the materials presented. This will be attempted through the background information section, needs assessment, documented cases and other supporting literature included.
This supporting document will also demonstrate the application of my thesis product as a form of preventive crisis management and damage control. Even though these subjects go beyond the demeanor of my hypothesis, I feel that it needs to be discussed in order to demonstrate the scope of my hypothesis within the human resources field.
