Product Overview: The "Group Coordinator Handbook" is a training tool for individuals who serve as leaders of short-term international community service projects through the Council on International Educational Exchange (Council). The handbook contains background information on the organization; discussion of roles and responsibilities; case studies; planning guides; insight into various aspects of leadership, cross-cultural awareness, and group dynamics; health and safety procedures; and ideas for recipes, games and songs.
