Abstract
The School for International Training, situated in Brattleboro, Vermont, offers a Master of Arts in Intercultural Management. One of the requirements for successful completion of the program is the submittal and approval of a Master's Thesis.
The Thesis you are about to read is addressed to professionals in the Intercultural field, training U.S. engineers who are headed for Asturias (one of the regions of Northern Spain). Its purpose is clear: to identify appropriate intercultural training activities and materials which will enhance a trainer's effectiveness in sessions designed for U.S. engineers and their spouses being relocated to the North of Spain.
