Abstract
The Dialogue Project, an arm of The Center for Ethnic, Racial & Religious Understanding, welcomed students and community members of Queens College in Queens, New York to interactive and dynamic programming and facilitation starting in November 2009. At its inception the Center staff incorporated qualitative and quantitative evaluation into their Dialogue Project. This paper captures the data collection, analysis and distills recommendations. Further, it disseminates evidence of facilitator and participant shifts’ in their perception of conflict, self and the other along an attitudinal and behavioral trajectory.
