Abstract
ALBA, as an international agreement, has attracted a lot of attention for its anti-capitalist discourse and proposed alternative developments. This work will describe the manifestation of ALBA-TCP in Bolivia. It focuses on economic, social and cultural projects to evaluate the effects of ALBA in Bolivia. Economic programs include the new financial system, social projects such as literacy and projects administered by PRODEM, and the cultural Casas del ALBA located in El Alto and Cochabamba, Bolivia.
