Description
While visiting the northern province of Salta, we made a brief but totally worthwhile detour to catch the sunset in the Salinas Grandes (Salt Flats). I had been taking similar silhouette shots of my friends, but this one taken of me turned out the best. I feel this shot perfectly captures the "otherworldliness" of the Salt Flats, a true wonder of mother nature.
