Abstract
We will introduce ourselves as CIA from King of Prussia, PA. We are Katie, Jennifer and Sterling. We are a consulting firm that specializes in improving the success rate of the relocation of our clients employees overseas through skills and activities. KGB has a high attrition rate - up to 50% in some countries - and is costing the organization a lot of money. In order to be proactive they have sent their Human Resource managers to training to heighten skills of international employees that they will need to be successful and to reduce attrition. During this morning's three hour training session we will focus on two activities that will encourage people to think about their cultural perspectives, Inter-cultural exchange. Later on we will go over the skills needed to be successful in an overseas assignment.
