Abstract
The purpose of this training is to create, maintain and sustain spirituality in participants (and trainers) daily existence- To enhance our connection to our spirituality- To notice when and how we disconnect and to expand our toolbox for remaining connected- Whether that is in a class, shopping, cleaning the bathroom, during meditation or church, or driving the car. We hope to create a training which nurtures participants ability to remain in greater harmony with their spiritual traditions. To be more attentive, intentional and conscious. Our vision is to create a space where people can practice being in their spiritual selves during the training - and to have some new ideas on how to be in their spiritual selves throughout their day... any day.... everyday!
