Abstract
A presentation of ESL methods and activities developed while teaching English as a second language to female Hispanic inmates at MCI-Framingham (Massachusetts Correctional Institution). Includes an in-depth discussion of an ESL Tutor-Training Workshop that trained advanced ESL students to tutor beginning ESL students. Emphasis on results of program through progress of student/inmates.
