Abstract
The title of the training is environmental dispute resolution. As trainers we wanted to explore issues of conflict resolution and natural resource use. As a combination of the two, we decided environmental dispute resolution would be an exciting topic on which to do a training. We wanted to encourage people to think about their relationship to the environment, while learning about the complexities of decision-making as part of the environment/development "dilemma". As a part of the experiential learning cycle, we wanted to create a values based discussion to encourage participants to think about decision-making in respect to impact on the natural environment. Below are our Purpose, Goal, and Objectives for further clarification about the intention of our training.
