Cross- cultural training uses an intercultural communication model that focuses on four areas; awareness, knowledge, emotional challenges, and skills and behaviors. These four areas provide tools that are necessary for successful cross-cultural communication. Participants will explore cultural differences between Britain and the United States to understand intercultural communication and its challenges.
