Abstract
This three-hour training is the first in a series of six trainings that will be carried out in a six week period. It is designed to help volunteers become familiar with the situations that a recently resettled refugee in Vermont may have encountered in the past and may encounter in the future. At the end of the six week training period volunteers will be paired up with refugee mentees in order to assist in the resettlement process of a newly arrived refugee.
