Abstract
Human Trafficking is something that most people have heard about but do not fully understand. The prevalent thinking among us is that human trafficking is something that involves other people, often illegal aliens, and that it happens beyond our borders. We assume that Human Trafficking involves crossing a border somewhere, not here, and that it happens only to poor people who can’t get help because they are afraid of being deported by the authorities. Our intent in creating this training was to help raise people’s awareness of Human Trafficking by exposing them to facts, stories, and role plays about this troubling subject.
