Abstract
The intent of this training is to raise awareness among the participants of the importance of identifying, understanding, and integrating personal values and managerial style into the practicum search process. The methodology used includes instruments, mini case studies, and both small and large group discussions. Our main concern is to provide a practical training that would give the participants tools that they could use in their practicum search process. This assumed need was based on interactions with returning PIM's in the capstone phase as well as the reality of the PIM program that students must find a practicum, therefore an actual needs assessment was not used.
