Abstract
Our training was designed to explore issues of homophobia and what it means to be an ally. The components of the training were structured around building awareness of the issue, examining personal feelings and attitudes (where comfort zones might be pushed), and finally making participants aware of what they can do to be an ally to people who are gay, lesbian, or bisexual.
