Abstract
The intent of the training is to show the importance of sharing perspectives on problems and solution identification by the development organizations and community members. The participants will experience a situation where different perspectives are present and either conflicting or supportive. The training will introduce the participants to the participatory bottom-up approach using various tools within the framework of sustainable development planning. The participants will be given an opportunity to experience three participatory data gathering tools.
